Orders under $99.00 USD are charged a calculated shipping amount at checkout.

International Orders are except from this promotion (Small Scale Innovative is a United States based company, all orders ship from our headquarters in southeast Minnesota, USA)

Free shipping policy is under discretion of Small Scale Innovative and may be changed at anytime without notice (This does not affect any orders previous to change)

Same Day Shipping Policy - Same day shipping is offered but not mandatory on www.ssinnovative.com. This promotion is not offered through the following; Full Scale Signage. This promotion is valid on legal business days (Monday through Friday during business hours)

. Please note* If you place a order within the last three hours of business your order may or may not be shipped that day due to our shipments leave our office around one o'clock central standard time and we ship once per day. This promotion is not valid if the office is closed.

Small Scale Innovative reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Small Scale Innovative shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
